How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK and Europe. International shipping times vary by destination but generally arrive within 7-14 business days.
Are your lunch boxes and water bottles leak-proof?
Most of our designs feature high-quality silicone seals to ensure they are 100% leak-proof. Please check the specific product description for the 'leak-proof' icon before purchasing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Can I put my Black+Blum products in the dishwasher?
Many of our stainless steel and glass products are dishwasher safe. However, items with wood, cork, or bamboo components should be hand-washed only to preserve their longevity.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all our products. This does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
